Delete Your Account in the App

If you can access Casino Trainer, you can request permanent account deletion directly from within the app.

1. Sign in to your Casino Trainer account.
2. Open your profile.
3. Locate the Delete Account option.
4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to:

support@ovrhdstudios.com

Use the subject: Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Casino Trainer account when possible and include your Casino Trainer username if you know it.

We may need to verify that you are the account owner before completing the deletion request.

Data Deleted With Your Account

Account deletion is intended to remove information associated with your Casino Trainer account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Authentication-provider linkage information
• Virtual bankroll and related transaction history
• Gameplay sessions and statistics
• Trainer sessions, decisions, and progress
• Achievements and leaderboard-related account data
• User-created strategies and related account data

Information That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or auditing.

A limited administrative record may also be retained showing that an account-deletion request was received and processed.

Information retained for these purposes is not used to restore the deleted Casino Trainer account.
