Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create or use a Casino Trainer account, we may receive or store information associated with your account, including:

• Your name or display name
• Your email address
• Your Casino Trainer username
• Your profile image, when provided by your login provider
• An internal Casino Trainer account identifier
• Authentication-provider identifiers used to identify your account
• Account creation and last-login information

Casino Trainer supports third-party authentication services such as Google and Sign in with Apple. We may receive information from those services that is necessary to authenticate or link your Casino Trainer account. We do not receive your Google or Apple account password.

If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may allow you to hide your personal email address by providing Casino Trainer with a private relay email address instead.

Gameplay and App Activity

We may collect information generated while you use Casino Trainer, including:

• Games played
• Gameplay sessions and results
• Virtual bankroll balances and transactions
• Wagers, payouts, wins, losses, and pushes
• Game and session statistics
• Achievements and progress
• Strategy Trainer selections and activity
• Training decisions, mistakes, challenges, and performance
• Practice activity and daily progress
• User-created strategies and related review information
• Leaderboard positions, rankings, and ranking history

Feedback and Support Information

If you contact us, submit feedback, report a problem, or request account deletion, we may collect the information you provide as part of that request. This may include your email address, username, the type of request, related game information, and the contents of your message.

Advertising

Casino Trainer may offer optional rewarded advertisements, such as an advertisement that you choose to watch in exchange for a virtual in-app benefit.

Casino Trainer currently uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements. AdMob and related Google services may process information needed to request, display, measure, secure, and verify advertisements. Depending on your device, region, and Google configuration, this may include technical information such as device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, ad interaction information, and diagnostic data.

Casino Trainer's initial advertising configuration explicitly requests non-personalized rewarded ads. Casino Trainer does not currently intentionally enable personalized cross-app advertising for its rewarded ads.

Where applicable, Casino Trainer uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to determine whether privacy or consent choices must be presented before an advertisement may be requested. When required, privacy choices may also be available from within Casino Trainer.

Casino Trainer may generate internal reward identifiers and may send limited information to AdMob so that completed rewarded advertisements can be verified. Our servers may retain records related to rewarded-ad verification, including transaction or reward identifiers, ad-unit information, reward information, placement information, verification information, and related callback data.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Casino Trainer may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, supporter features, or purchases of virtual in-app items. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform store, such as Apple's App Store or Google Play.

Casino Trainer also uses RevenueCat to help manage and verify in-app purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements.

We may receive or store information associated with a purchase, including:

• The purchased product identifier
• The applicable store or platform
• Store transaction or purchase identifiers
• Purchase type
• Purchase and verification timestamps
• Entitlement or subscription status
• Renewal or expiration information where applicable
• Information needed to verify and fulfill the purchase

Payment-card numbers and other financial account credentials are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Casino Trainer does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Technical Information

When you access Casino Trainer, our servers and service providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

This may include information such as:

• IP address
• Device or browser information
• Operating system information
• App and request information
• Server and security logs
• Error, performance, and diagnostic information

How We Use Information

We use information collected through Casino Trainer to:

• Provide and operate Casino Trainer
• Authenticate, link, and manage user accounts
• Save gameplay progress and statistics
• Provide trainer recommendations and training features
• Maintain leaderboards, achievements, rankings, and season features
• Process, verify, and restore purchases where applicable
• Provide optional rewarded advertisements
• Verify rewarded-ad completion and prevent reward abuse
• Provide customer support and respond to feedback
• Process account-deletion and privacy requests
• Diagnose bugs and technical problems
• Protect accounts and the service from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Improve Casino Trainer and develop new features
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Third-Party Services

Casino Trainer uses third-party services that help provide authentication, advertising, purchases, and platform functionality. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Depending on the platform and features you use, these services may include:

• Google for Google authentication
• Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store services
• Google AdMob for rewarded advertising
• Google User Messaging Platform for applicable advertising privacy choices
• RevenueCat for in-app purchase and entitlement management
• Google Play for Android app distribution and purchases

These providers may independently collect or process technical, account, device, purchase, advertising, or diagnostic information as necessary to provide their services.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process limited information with service providers that help us operate Casino Trainer, including authentication, advertising, purchase processing, infrastructure, hosting, security, and other technical services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or protect the security of Casino Trainer.

Public Information

Some information may be visible to other Casino Trainer users as part of social or competitive features.

Depending on the features you use, this may include your username, leaderboard position, rankings, achievements, gameplay statistics, or other information intended to be displayed publicly within Casino Trainer.

Your email address and authentication-provider identifiers are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of these features.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Casino Trainer, maintain account and transaction history, protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Certain transaction, security, administrative, or account-deletion records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

Information may otherwise be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

You may permanently delete your Casino Trainer account from within the app. Casino Trainer also provides a public account-deletion request process for users who cannot access the app.

Account deletion removes the Casino Trainer account and associated user-owned information intended to be deleted, including gameplay, bankroll, session, statistics, trainer, strategy, and authentication-linkage information, subject to limited information that may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

If your Casino Trainer account uses Sign in with Apple, Casino Trainer is designed to revoke the associated Sign in with Apple authorization as part of the deletion process before deleting the local account data when the required Apple authorization credential is available.

A completed public deletion request may be retained as a limited administrative record showing that the request was processed.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the ability to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is collected, used, or shared.

You may contact OVRHD Studios to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Where required by applicable law or Google advertising policies, Casino Trainer may also provide advertising privacy choices through Google's User Messaging Platform.

Casino Trainer does not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information associated with Casino Trainer.

Authentication and purchase credentials that must be retained for service functionality are handled using security controls appropriate to their purpose. For example, credentials used for Sign in with Apple account authorization revocation are protected before being stored by Casino Trainer.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Casino Trainer is not directed to children under 13 and is not configured as a child-directed or Families application.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Gambling and Virtual Currency

Casino Trainer is an educational and entertainment application designed for learning and practicing casino games and strategies.

Casino Trainer does not provide real-money gambling. Virtual bankrolls, chips, winnings, losses, rankings, and other gameplay values have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

Purchases made within Casino Trainer may provide access to features, supporter benefits, subscriptions, or virtual in-app items. Purchasing virtual bankroll or other virtual items does not create a cash balance, ownership interest, gambling account, or right to withdraw or redeem money.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Casino Trainer, applicable laws, or the third-party services used by the app change.

When we make material updates, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
