Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Casino Trainer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Casino Trainer.

About Casino Trainer

Casino Trainer is an educational and entertainment application designed to help users learn and practice casino games and strategies.

Casino Trainer may include simulated versions of games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat.

Casino Trainer does not provide or facilitate real-money gambling.

• Casino Trainer does not accept real-money wagers.
• Users cannot deposit money for gambling.
• Users cannot withdraw virtual bankrolls or chips.
• Gameplay does not award cash or cash-equivalent prizes.
• Casino Trainer does not operate as a real-money casino or sportsbook.

All bankrolls, chips, winnings, losses, scores, and similar gameplay values are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, sold, transferred, or withdrawn for real money or anything of monetary value.

Educational and Entertainment Use

Casino Trainer is provided for education, training, practice, and entertainment.

Strategies, recommendations, simulations, statistics, and other information provided by Casino Trainer do not guarantee success in a real casino or gambling activity.

Casino games involve chance. Even strategies that improve decision-making or reduce the house advantage cannot guarantee winnings.

Casino Trainer is not gambling, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make outside Casino Trainer.

Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements when using Casino Trainer.

Because Casino Trainer contains simulated casino gameplay, the application may be subject to age ratings or other restrictions imposed by Apple, Google, or other distribution platforms.

You may not use Casino Trainer if doing so would violate applicable law or platform restrictions.

User Accounts

Some Casino Trainer features require an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate control over your account access.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Interfere with authentication or security systems
• Create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to bypass access or eligibility restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a security, fraud, abuse, or operational risk.

Usernames, Profiles, and Leaderboards

Casino Trainer may allow users to select usernames, participate in leaderboards or seasons, earn achievements, and display gameplay statistics.

Publicly displayed information must not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate content.

We may reject, remove, or require changes to usernames or other publicly displayed content. We may also remove users from leaderboards or similar features when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity or safety of the service.

Virtual Bankrolls and Game Results

Casino Trainer may provide virtual bankrolls, chips, scores, statistics, achievements, rankings, and other simulated gameplay values.

These values have no monetary value, are not money held on your behalf, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred outside Casino Trainer.

We may reset, correct, adjust, or remove virtual balances, statistics, rankings, or similar information when reasonably necessary to correct technical problems, exploits, testing activity, database errors, abuse, or other inaccuracies.

Strategy Trainer and Practice Features

Casino Trainer may provide strategy recommendations, training tools, simulations, practice sessions, progress tracking, ghost strategies, and other educational features.

These features are intended to assist learning and practice. Casino Trainer does not guarantee that a strategy is optimal for every casino, that casino rules will match those used in Casino Trainer, or that simulated results will predict future outcomes.

Users should independently verify the rules of any casino game they choose to play outside Casino Trainer.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Casino Trainer to:

• Violate applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Manipulate leaderboards, rankings, statistics, or virtual bankrolls
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Introduce malicious software or code
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use unauthorized automation that harms or disrupts the service
• Use Casino Trainer to facilitate unlawful gambling

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe prohibited conduct has occurred.

Feedback and Suggestions

Casino Trainer may allow users to submit feedback, bug reports, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests.

By submitting feedback, you allow OVRHD Studios to use that feedback to develop, improve, market, and operate Casino Trainer without payment or obligation to you.

Intellectual Property

Casino Trainer, including its software, interface, graphics, designs, branding, text, training systems, and original content, is owned by or licensed to OVRHD Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms provide you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Casino Trainer for its intended purposes.

Third-party names, trademarks, services, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

Casino Trainer may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, application stores, hosting providers, analytics services, advertising providers, or other infrastructure.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Advertising

Casino Trainer may offer paid features, subscriptions, advertising, or an ad-free option in the future.

If paid features are offered, applicable pricing and purchase terms will be displayed before purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to the applicable store's payment, subscription, refund, and purchase rules.

Offering paid application features does not give virtual bankrolls, chips, winnings, or other gameplay values monetary value.

Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

You may permanently delete your Casino Trainer account directly from within the application.

To delete your account in Casino Trainer, sign in, open your profile, locate the Delete Account section, and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the application, you may also submit an account deletion request using our public account deletion page.

Account deletion may remove information associated with your Casino Trainer account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Virtual bankroll and transaction history
• Gameplay sessions and statistics
• Trainer sessions, decisions, and progress
• Achievements and leaderboard-related account data
• User-created strategies and related account data

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Privacy

Your use of Casino Trainer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Service Availability and Changes

Casino Trainer is under active development. We may add, modify, suspend, remove, rebalance, reset, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

This may include game rules, virtual bankrolls, strategies, trainer features, achievements, leaderboards, seasons, statistics, account features, or supported devices and platforms.

We do not guarantee that Casino Trainer or any particular feature will always be available. Temporary outages, maintenance, bugs, and data corrections may occur.

Beta and Testing Features

Casino Trainer may offer beta, preview, experimental, or testing features.

These features may be incomplete, unstable, changed without notice, or removed. Data associated with testing features may be reset when reasonably necessary for development or testing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casino Trainer is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that Casino Trainer will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any strategy, simulation, recommendation, statistic, or training material.

Nothing in Casino Trainer guarantees success or profitability in real-world gambling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OVRHD Studios and its owners, affiliates, developers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Casino Trainer.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on strategies or training information, real-world gambling decisions, loss of virtual bankrolls or statistics, service interruptions, unavailable features, account suspension or termination, or loss or corruption of data.

You are solely responsible for real-world gambling activity and any financial losses resulting from that activity.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Responsible Gambling

Casino Trainer is not a real-money gambling service. However, the application contains simulated casino gameplay and may be used by people who also participate in real-world gambling.

If you choose to gamble with real money outside Casino Trainer, gamble only where lawful and within limits you can afford.

Casino Trainer should not be interpreted as encouraging users to chase losses, gamble beyond their means, or treat gambling as a reliable way to make money.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Casino Trainer if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risks, manipulate service data, or engage in unlawful conduct.

You may stop using Casino Trainer at any time and may delete your account using the available account deletion process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Casino Trainer changes. When we make material updates, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Casino Trainer after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
